If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or no show it will result in a cancelation fee of 50% of total service. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment it is considered a no show and your card will be charged 50% of total service! I love making clients feel beautiful and giving them a style that best suites their features and style! Hair is my passion and I can’t wait to share that with each one of my clients! REFUND POLICY: My goal is to make my clients happy and give them their dream hair. I pride myself on my work and knowledge in the cosmetology industry. Being a small business owner in the service industry, I make my living off the services I provide. I do not offer refunds or partial refunds. If you are unhappy with your hair or a service that was provided to you please communicate that to me in salon. I will gladly adjust any minor concerns with your hair up to 48 hours after your appointment time. Please keep in mind everyone’s hair is different and no two people’s hair is the same. Certain goals can take more appointments than others. Lighting is also a huge factor as your hair color looks different in natural light, direct sunlight, shade and different times throughout the day. Cancellation Policy
I will charge a cancelation fee of 50% based on the service booked. The cancelation fee will apply to no-call-no-shows or cancelation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment it is considered a no show and your card on file will be charged 50% of total service.
